Back Filling Series – MCBF

The Back Filling Series is composed of automatic machines for the transformation and production of lipgloss, stylo, lipbalm and panstick based on casting for back filling directly into the packaging.

The operating of the machine introduced by Rigam Engineering is based on a patented system that is unique in the world panorama which, compared to traditional systems, is distinguished by its technological heart that allows the mold to be heated and cooled, monitoring the chemical-physical characteristics of bulk at all times.

MODELS and APPLICATIONS

MCBF_01 Equipped with 2 molds, it has a productivity of 500 pcs/h.
MCBF_02 Equipped with 6 molds, it has a productivity from 1.250 to 1.500 pcs/h.
